The engineering symposium is completely organized by students from CETYS Universidad in Mexicali, Mexico. Welcome to the experience in its 28th consecutive year. We aim to discuss crisis, a relevant issue, from an engineering perspective. The news and our everyday lives have been flooded with the term ‘crisis’ in a negative way. As engineers our main ability is to solve problems, therefore we face the responsibility of thinking up new ways to confront global issues. Our goal as an engineering event is to instill consciousness of this responsibility thru the gathering of experts on the technological and financial state of the world. Join us at Trascendencias 2011 September 28, 29 and 30th to learn about the opportunity in every crisis.

The event consists of 6 CONFERENCES on the challenges we face globally. Apart from them there will also be PRACTICAL SEMINARS particularly on the subject of the visitor’s interest. Finally they’ll be able to learn more about the working world by having a COMPANY VISIT. All this will be concluded with a SOCIAL EVENT in which students, friends and colleagues interact in a relaxed and fun environment.
